Journeys All Access is our free loyalty program. Members enjoy exclusive benefits, including free standard ground shipping on all orders.

Yes. Members of the Journeys All Access program receive free standard ground shipping. Non-members are charged $7.99 for standard ground shipping.

 

Standard ground shipping takes three to five business days, after a one to two business day processing time. This includes Buy Online, Ship to Store orders and Hold At Location orders. 

 

To qualify for same-day shipping, orders must be placed by 10:00 a.m. Central Time. Orders are not shipped on weekends.

 

 

Shipping to Hawaii is available for $17.99 and typically takes two to three business days.

Shipping to APO, FPO, AE, or CMR addresses is free for members. Delivery to these addresses takes 30 to 45 business days.

Virtual gift cards are delivered within one hour. Physical gift cards are delivered within seven to ten business days. Both options include free shipping.

Orders are processed within one to two business days. Orders placed before 10:00 a.m. Central Standard Time typically begin processing the same day. Processing includes payment verification and packaging.

Yes. Journeys does not ship to international freight forwarding companies, hotels, or U.S. Territories such as Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and other outlying islands.

No. Journeys does not currently offer international shipping.

Items shipped directly from the manufacturer may take up to three additional business days for delivery. These items are shipped via standard ground only, are not eligible for expedited shipping, and cannot be shipped to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or APO/FPO addresses.
