A. SHIPPING COSTS

B. TRANSIT, HANDLING & ORDER CUT OFF TIME

In general, shipments are in transit for 3 – 5 business days (Monday to Friday). Order cut off time will be 05:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (New York). Order handling time is 1 – 2 business days (Monday to Friday).

C. DELIVERY TERMS

We use UPS, USPS or FedEx to deliver the product.

A. 14-DAY RETURN POLICY
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to submit a return or exchange request for incorrect, damaged, and defective items.

To be eligible:

Only one refund or exchange is allowed per order.

Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.

Items must include original tags and original packaging.

Returns cannot exceed $1,000 in total value.

Items over $50 (excluding tax & shipping) are eligible for refund.

Items under $50 (excluding tax & shipping) are eligible for exchange or store credit only.

Custom, decorated, team, clearance, and special-order items are final sale unless defective.

Original shipping costs are not refundable.
